Our history
Unforgettable memories
This house has a history dear to our hearts. It was built in 1977 by my parents who settled on this land, adjoining their lifelong friends. Over the years, despite sales and developments in the surrounding land, our house has continued to exist, remaining beautiful and authentic as the first day.
As a tribute to my parents and the history of this house, we undertook a magnificent renovation in 2022. Our goal was to preserve the authentic charm of Casa Cappellina while integrating modern comfort. The renovation work was completed in spring 2024, bringing this house back to life while respecting its original soul.
Designed to accommodate our entire large family, Casa Cappellina is also perfectly suited to receiving our clients. It offers an ideal setting for unforgettable family reunions, combining tradition and modernity in a warm and welcoming environment.

Living Room with Terrace and Sea View: The living room opens onto a huge terrace offering stunning sea views. This living space is perfect for relaxing, reading a book or simply enjoying the view.
Swimming Pool Area: continuing from the terrace, a secure swimming pool awaits guests. Around the swimming pool, sun loungers invite you to relax, while a protected dining area allows you to have lunch in the shade. An outdoor kitchen is also available for planchas and al fresco dining.
Pétanque Area and Relaxation Aperitif Corner: For pétanque lovers, a playing field is set up next to a relaxation aperitif corner. This space is perfect for spending pleasant moments with friends or family, while enjoying a drink in a friendly atmosphere.
Three beautiful master suites: These suites offer a private and comfortable space and are equipped with a modern shower room and toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort
A family suite: Ideal for families, it is made up of two separate bedrooms. It also has a shower room and toilet, providing a practical and functional space for parents and their children.
A children's dormitory: For the youngest, a welcoming dormitory is fitted out with four single beds. This space is designed to be both comfortable and fun, perfect for children to relax and have fun together.
